The Best Way To Enhance Your Psychic Ability!

I have found that the practice of daily meditation can bring out psychic abilities and also free you of the "the negative aspects of being psychic" (depression, anxiety, oversensitivity). Over time and with consistency, it will transform your life and it's practice brings benefits to so many aspects of your life, I think it is best to just start the practice and you will see for yourself all the blessings that result!
There are many forms of meditation, I am going to show a beginner one here. As you excel you will want to go into more disciplined ways of practice. Such as sitting in half lotus position and learning how to turn the eyes upward toward the spiritual eye (third eye).
In the beginning though, I have found that sitting in a foreign position and counting breaths can be very frustrating for beginners to the practice. As Patanjali himself said, "position should be comfortable"
In the west, we are, generally, not used to sitting in these type of poses. I also recommend the practice of kundalini yoga. This over time will help to align and balance the chakras and bring allot more flexibility and familiarity with "meditation poses" (often called asanas in regular yoga or kriyas in kundalini yoga).
Step One:
It is helpful to take a nice hot sea salt bath prior to meditation with a cap full of genuine Hyssop Oil (sea salt from the Dead Sea is most powerful, in my opinion). When you want to come out of the tub pull the plug and as all the water drains feel all negativity and heaviness
being sucked out of you and going down the drain with the water. This step is not
necessary, but very helpful in many ways to cleanse one of unwanted energies.
Step Two:
You may want to use some type of soft music in the background; I like "Sheppard Moons" by Enya.
Step Four:
I also use an aromatherapy scent, opium oil, (not the drug lol) I dab a small portion on my nose just before I meditate. After this scent is used along time in meditation, the moment you smell it your body will start to relax and this will help you get into the meditative state much quicker with continued use. Step Five:
Find a comfortable chair with your feet uncrossed and firmly on the floor . It is best to face the east. Have your hands in your lap with your palms facing upward.
Step Six:
Simply, close your eyes forget who you are where you are. When a thought comes to your
mind let it fly away like a bird. You are not in the city you may live. You are not your body, your career, your things, or anything else you have misidentified yourself
with. "You are" perfect whole and complete as god created you. Merge with the
divine. Tap into the perfect you, the sacred self. For this is where your true power
is…
Become the observer, feel deeply, without judgment or intellectual analysis
In the beginning, it is normal to have thoughts pop up, it is ok! Just let them fly
away ( like birds) and return your focus to the music or the center of the forehead, known as the third eye or agnya chakra, it color is deep or dark blue.
Start with 10 mins a day, consistency is most important. You will find that you are quickly able to increase this time. Turn off all phones and electronic devices; this is your time with the divine.
Also, try vibrating aloud the word "OM"(sounds like this ommmmmmm)
You can also, silently, breath in the word OM and breath out the mantra "Om Shanti OM" this will make your in-breath short and your out-breath longer.
When your in-breath is short say 3 counts and your out-breath is slow say 6 counts this helps to relax the body and aids you in going deeper and deeper into meditation.
I can not say enough of how the practice of daily meditation has changed my students, clients, and my own life for the better.
Just this simple practice will help you develop amazing psychic powers (sometimes in as little as days). It will heal you emotionally and physically, it will free you from stress, it will bring miracles into your life.
